Open Sky Procedures Relating to COVID-19
Welcome to Open Sky. We are looking forward to your visit and have prepared our procedures to keep you safe during the times of COVID-19.
Social Distancing
Open Sky is perfectly situated for social distancing, after all, it exists to provide you with space, privacy, and solitude so that you can engage with the nature you came to explore, not other guests. Each camp is completely separate from one another with its own HVAC systems and private outdoor areas. In addition, camps are spread FAR apart from one another. Unlike other glamping sites in Southern Utah, Open Sky exists for your privacy.
Cleanliness is Godliness
Our standard is spotless. Our camps are deep cleaned for each new guest using sanitizers approved by the CDC to kill COVID-19. In addition, our food prep areas, office, and back of the house are cleaned multiple times a day to ensure your safety.
Face Coverings
We ask that all guests wear masks while in places that they are in contact with other guests or Associates. Our Associates are required to wear a mask during all guest interactions.
Food and Dining
If you have ordered any meal packages during your stay, your meals will have been prepared by individuals who are wearing masks and gloves in a sanitary environment. The meal packages will be delivered to your camp for you to enjoy on your private patio where you will have access to your private fire pit and gas grill if there are items to be cooked or heated. Dishes and utensils will be delivered with each meal and picked up at a later time for washing.
Are You Experiencing Symptoms of COVID-19?
We will work with you if you fall ill. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, and for the safety of other guests and our Associates, please call us if you show any symptoms of COVID-19 and we would be happy to help you reschedule your stay at no additional cost to you.
